Our tours are open to everyone aged 14 and up. All scooters are driven by our trained riders, so no driving license or experience is required from you—just relax and enjoy the ride!
Children aged 6 to 13 are welcome only on private tours and must ride accompanied by an adult.
There’s no upper age limit—we welcome everyone who’s physically able to hop on and off the scooter with minimal assistance. If you have any mobility concerns, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Absolutely. We warmly welcome guests with disabilities, as long as they are able to sit safely on the back of the scooter and get on and off with some assistance. If in doubt, please contact us prior to booking.
For safety reasons, we have a maximum weight limit of 100 kg per passenger.
There are no height restrictions—our scooters are adapted for a comfortable ride for all.
No! All rides are chauffeured by our trained Lovely Mobylette riders. Your job is simply to sit back, enjoy the view, and soak up the atmosphere.
We operate daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Last departures depend on the tour duration, so check your specific tour time when booking.
No. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Tours will run as scheduled in light rain, and we’ll provide rain gear if needed. In case of severe weather (heavy rain or dangerous conditions), we may offer to reschedule or refund the tour.
Yes. All guests must sign a liability waiver before the tour begins. This confirms your understanding that you are participating at your own risk.
While we do everything to ensure your safety, Lovely Mobylette does not assume responsibility for any injury, accident, or loss/theft of property during the tour. Please keep personal belongings secure and avoid carrying valuables.
