We’re thrilled to ride with you! Before we begin, here are a few simple things to confirm so that everyone has a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience.

1. Safety & Participation

• All scooters are driven by Lovely Mobylette staff. Passengers do not drive.
• Minimum age for shared tours is 14. Children aged 6+ are welcome on private tours only.
• There is no upper age limit. Riders must be able to hop on and off a scooter unaided.
• We warmly welcome guests with disabilities as long as they can be safely seated on the scooter.
• Maximum passenger weight: 100 kg.
• There is no height restriction.

2. Health & Conduct

• For your comfort, we do not recommend participation for anyone who is pregnant or experiencing serious back or neck issues.
• We reserve the right to refuse service without refund to any customer who appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
• All riders are expected to follow guide instructions at all times.

3. Personal Responsibility

• By joining the tour, you understand that we are navigating live urban environments that may include traffic, uneven roads, crowds, and unexpected events.
• Lovely Mobylette and its staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
• All participants must sign a short rider acknowledgment form before departure.

4. Cancellation & Delays

• Tours run rain or shine, with minor route changes if needed.
• Cancellations are subject to our standard policy outlined at checkout.
• In case of significant delay caused by the guest, we may shorten or reschedule the tour.
